1000 Hour Training

1000 hour is an in-depth look at how yoga supports and may speed up the healing process, and how you (as the yoga therapist and teacher) may contribute to the increased well-being of each of your clients. The emphasis of these specialized 1000 hours will be on the more therapeutic gifts of yoga. You will discover not only ways to address the physical body (with adaptations, specific sequencing, etc) but also ways the yoga poses and deeper practices can address the emotional and mental bodies. Special attention will be placed on working one-on-one with private clients; however this information is also very helpful for those of you teaching in the group setting. The ultimate intention of this 1000 hour program is to further your own journey of rediscovery, learn how to support others in their journey, and contribute to raising the vibration of your community.
